We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This policy explains how to report alleged infringement.
1. Takedown notices
If you believe content processed through our service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location.
- Your contact information.
- A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Our response
Because files are deleted automatically within 24 hours, we will confirm the management of any retained records and take appropriate action, including disabling access where required.
3. Counter-notices
If you believe your material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the same level of detail. We will forward it to the original complainant.
4. Repeat infringers
Accounts of repeat infringers may be terminated.
